I bought a used computer off of someone and they said that they’ll keep the computer on their remote desk to see if it keeps working well for me . . . . Is the normal or he a hacker? Help

Nobody does it without the user’s concerns and it’s very dangerous especially if you don’t know the person well. If he can remotely connect to your computer, theoretically he also can do anything to your computer. So it’s up to you to decide whether you can trust the person or not
